Deborah co-founded in 2008 with Andrew. Prior to this Deborah worked as a community midwife in Scotland and London before becoming Clinical Governance Manager for Midwifery in various NHS Trusts in London.  Deborah loves applying over 20 years’ experience of working to exacting standards in tight-knit teams in the NHS to the smooth-running of the business and financial aspects of the Studio.
